Clearly you do NOT understand. jeffw_00, I am trying to be straight with you here, on no other point than where this post belongs.
The comment you refer to was made by a retired Moderator. Please check the user title, before you use non-mod posts to determine what the mods think.
And on THAT point, I (as an active Mod) have already told you that I am NOT disagreeing with you regarding support from RIM.
But (as already stated) BBF has subforums, to keep things organised. Your post is a rant - whether or not you are perfectly entitled to rant or not is neither here nor there. Rants, of any kind, go into this forum.
Moving your post here is not a criticism of you, or a furtive attempt to hide any negative comments about RIM - I have made enough myself in the past - your post has simply been moved here because this is where it belongs.
And, to be honest, your post will be seen more here than in General. The amount of threads per day in General means your post would be off the end of the page in a day or so, and very few people scroll through pages of "BlackBerry General" stuff looking for posts about whether RIM support customers well. Your post will be more visible here than buried in General.
