Oh, no..You didn't actually download from the site I linked, did you? That was my "screw with the BBF members" link! Never download from that link! It's also programmed to slash all your tires and make your washing machine leak!

I guess Ill just go somewhere else when I have a question then.
Once again. I never blamed anyone, I wasnt mad, and I wasn't saying that I was a computer expert.
I simply said that it was odd that BOTH my computers which are 30 miles from each other both fry their hard drives no less than 12 hours from when DT manager was loaded on them.
I never Accused John of giving me a bum link. I was just saying that It was a reputable link BECAUSE he posted it and I know he wouldnt do that. You guys are right, I should have went back and gotten the Correct SN so I could have blamed the guy that has helped me out the most on these forums.
What a bunch of tools.
How about you guys try to brainstorm over the PROBLEM instead of make asses out of yourselves.
Im literally on about 25 computers, handhelds, notebooks, PDA's, and life books on a daily basis. I am a medical student, not a Tech guy. Its more than a coincidence that The two devices I load the program on BOTH crash and need NEW hard drives.
I just thought I would share what happened to me after doing just as I was instructed to do

WTF. Am I missing something? I had a question and instead its being moved to Rants and Raves.
I asked a question and instead was made fun of. I guess I learned my lesson. Ill prolly even be banned too lol.
How silly of me to expect some trouble shooting or walk throughs.

Read your first thread.
Read it again.
Your diagnostic skills are strained here: you installed DM and your hard drives died. Your initial thread concludes that installing Desktop Manager caused your hard drives to failed. That conclusion is faulty, and, frankly, comical.
You didn't ask a question.

Friend, nobody's talking about banning you! It's just ridiculous to blame your hard drive failures on installing a HIGHLY reputable piece of software that thousands of people have installed on their pc's. It's possible that your hard drives were worn out and the *process* of installation (of any software) was enough to put them over the edge. And even that conclusion is a stretch. Coincidence, pure coincidence.
Don't take it so hard....just laugh with the rest of us at how not possible your conclusion was. Folks will still help you here, trust me. It's a good bunch.

There I made it a question in case it wasn't spelled out enough.

You're not bullshitting. You are blaming software for hardware failures.
I guess it's like spontaneous generation.
