me too! I have tried uploading the os from my dell inspiron lap top and from my desktop computer. i feel like i have tried everything in all the different forums that describe this problem. i am back to 507 but cannot get the t-mobile provided os to upload. should i try a different os? unfortunately, i think t-mobile is unable to work further because once i tried without the battery and i still was unable to upload, they sounded defeated. unfortunately, because i am the second owner of the phone, it is not under warranty. was working fine until i tried to do some upgrades using the desktop manager....help!
