I guess it depends on a few things:
*Do you intend to sell the theme for profit?
*Do you intend to take sole credit for creation of the theme?

Although, you have to think about a why the Plazmic CDK is a) free and b) already contains the two of the preloaded Pearl themes. My guess is to encourage designers/developers to create/modify themes. And probably bring an awareness to developers that the Blackberry is a good platform to develop programs.

I'm going to be working on a Mac OSX Pearl theme ;)

Check out the licence agreement that must be accepted before you Install the CDK.

That may help clarify things a bit...

Here is my first attempt at the iphone. I had it done last night. Then my uploaded photo got removed. It spooked me so i took it down, now whatever.

I have made changes and am on about the 6th revision to it. I am grabbing the garamond fonts and making some color changes and other font stuff.

i *might* make it available if there is enough demand

Does anyone know how to extract the t-mobile zen theme? I'd like to work off that. I like the menus way better.

I tried... i think you would have to have the ability to reverse engineer .alx files.

Im sure there is a way... just no time to check it out.

Cool. I just loaded all the development tools on my laptop last weekend. Can't wait to get home and play with this. None of the themes currently available suit me. I want something leaner.

I'd have some interest in a today theme with the iphone icons when I hit the menu button.

I really want to use the today theme but be able to see more of the screen. The zen themes are nice but I really don't like hitting the menu button just to have to scroll vertically to get to the icon I want. I'd perfer to get the icon view with 4 or 5 across each row. I have seen screen caps of what I assume is the today plus theme with the messages, phone log and calander about 50% opaque and icons across the bottom but for some reason that theme wasn't available to me when i did the .alx thing.
