crs,
Not sure if this is a bug or not. But it didn't happen with
the earlier versions. But it's happening with the new version 5.3 and
even with the new 5.3.0.1 patch.
In the appointments section, I get the "all day" appointment from yesterday Thursday
When I click on it, it brings me to the appointment details.
And when I check my calendar, I have nothing listed for today Friday (which is correct),
but still in PD main screen, there is my all day appointment from Thursday.
Also now with these two versions, I get missed calls from yesterday.
In the earlier versions (even the 5.3 beta) this didn't happened.

missed calls shows a rolling 24 hours of calls. For the Calendar issue, try setting the Use Cal Offset flag in general settings.

Ok I checked the box next to "Use Cal Offset" and saved
the setting and then exit PD. And when I re-open PD my
all day appointment from yesterday is still there.
But my missed call from 11:47am yesterday is not... lol

Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830)

I notice in the summary view, the calendar items remain on the screen after the event has happened and only leave the screen once a new day begins.

Is there a setting that I am missing?

I wonder if you have ever considered breaking out some of the component parts? I really do not have need for all of the tools that you offer in PocketDay but really like the feature where I can be looking at a contact and then use the Menu to open the Calendar and add that contact as an appt. Just musing.....

Thanks for your consideration.

Not sure if this is what you mean, but...

Settings...
General
Scroll Appts after:

You can say "Never" (which is what I think you have now), Start Time, or End Time (my preference).

It's working here. What BB model do you have? Try and re-save in general settings.

I have about 50 tasks and I only see about 20 using pocketday. Built in task manager shows all of them. I'm using 5.3.0.3

Best,
Jaime

Might I suggest that you use the "quote" feature, or at least refer back to what message you're replying to? I'm not sure who you're talking to/what issue you're talking about.

crs,

I would like to make another suggestion for you to add as part of PD. This is in the area of recurring tasks.

Take a look at this: Download ReDo 1.46 for PalmOS Free Trial - Softpedia

It is a PalmOS utility I used for years that allowed for recurring tasks to be added to the task list at a user defined period as individual tasks. Here is why this is so good. If I take a recurring task example like writing my weekly report on a Monday. I come to a week where Monday is a holiday and now need to do this on Tuesday. If I move the due date the next task will show up on Tuesday the following week after I complete it, and mess up the rest of the recurrences. With this type of utility you could move the due date of the individual task without messing up the future recurrence.

Also, recurring tasks mess up the sync between the Blackberry and Outlook. I found that I could only mark them complete in Outlook. If I marked them complete on the handheld the new entry would not be added.

The utility let you add the task what ever number of days you wanted to before it was due also. Every night at midnight it would "wake-up" and run a macro to add the appropriate tasks. If you added this to PD it would be awesome for me.
