Got my replacement Tour in today, while it isn't the Bold I was hoping for. It is nice having a fresh Tour, had this one since Aug. Trackball is better, sunken down a bit from my other one. But will do until I can upgrade to Bold next month. Though saw the news on the Droid X yesterday, that thing looks mighty nice.

I just called VZ tech support. Explained the trackball problem and was told they could replace with the Bold and it will be here on Wednesday. No hassles and no question other than "Which direction did the track ball quit working?"
Like the Tour just hated the track ball
