Default where does synched information go on my mac?

i still can't restore or retrieve anything i lost last week from the sync i did. pocketmac isn't helping (or i don't know how to use it... going in circles to download rosetta).

i just want to find my stuff and put it back in my bb, like files in Finder.

Sounds like you are asking about backup, not sync.

Sync refers to synchronizing your calendar, contacts, etc. with something like Outlook. Sync does not copy applications.

Backup copies data and settings to a file on the computer. But it also does not copy applications.

If the Mac version is like the Windows version, you specify the location for files, or accept the default. So, for the location of backup files, check within Desktop Manager.
