Installation problem

hi all,
i have 7100g emulator.i need to install application from my server through browser.i put my cod file in server.i could not install from my server.it gives error in my emulator. error was "907 INVALID COD". but if i install .cod to emulator directly instead of OTA, it got install & works fine. i could not understand what is the problem. if anyone know, please tell me.
