omg! My alarm doesn't go into snooze or anything? It just stops ringing when I press any key. Or even if I roll the trackwheel. Is it just my device, or is that the way it is supposed to work? on all BB?
(Expert members, pls don't bog me down - i'm really really new to BB. just moved over from nokia).

Within the alarm settings you must specify a value for the "Snooze" field for the snooze function to be enabled. Otherwise, yes, touching any key will silence the tone and you will not receive a repeat alert.
