I am looking at developing a Blackberry app that will need to include DRM. Now as I understand it, there is no DRM, as such on the Blackberry devices, however the JDK seems to offer support for DRM, through the DRMManager class.

Does anyone know what DRM this is supporting and whether it is conformant to a particular standard.

Also are there any plans to offer native on-device DRM support on future models, and which direction ROM will be taking.

I have searched these forums, and the 'net and have struggled to find very much at all.
