Default What Did I Do?

Please Login to Remove!

So I am doing a project for my work and since i needed to get into pim settings for screen shots, i connected my personal device. Part of me thinks it just installed some security software but im not sure... I am no longer able to access my browser, even if i alt+esc, it tells me i dont have any service books. And it no longer gave me an option of if i wanted a device password or not. So i tried to wipe but that hardly did what i wanted it to. I have a restore file from about a month ago so i can use that. But what should i do, javaloader and reinstall the os, or any other ideas to get it back to the old settings. let me know if you need any other info

You didn't say if you are on BES or BIS. If you are using BIS, go to the BIS web page and you'll find an option to send the service books. Your service provider can also send them OTA.

It sounds like you connected your device to your computer, desktop manager is running, and it connected you with your BES. Go into options, security options, and scroll down to see if an IT Policy is present.

If so that means that your device is now connected to your organization's BES and that the IT policies are limiting this functionality. If you do have an IT policy present call up your IT support and they should be able to help you out etc and whether they will enable these features.

"touched" the server an anyway. otherwise i guess thats why sprint gives tech support so i can use it haha great to be lazy... whats the site to send service books
