Anyone else having issues getting this installed on a 8830? User is remote and I'm using the BES to push the software configuration. This is working on other devices with no problem (including Curve?)

The OTA install and the keyboard itself are working fine on my 8830.

What is it that's not working, the OTA download or the keyboard itself? Are you using the KeyProShasta2 drivers for OS 4.2?

EDIT: Also tried the latest drivers from ThinkOutside and they're working as well.

I'm using the driver right off the thinkoutside website .. it's indexed and working fine on other devices. I found another user with a 8830 and am going to test pushing the package to him. The issue is with the push not the driver.

They released a new version of the driver yesterday. Is that the one you're trying?
