Cool 7290 email problems

Please Login to Remove!

I cannot receive but a very small percentage of my emails. (maybe 2 out of 50) My 7290 was working fine but not now. How can I get my emails back? I have spent hours on the phone with bb/ t-mo, rim and bellsouth. No one knows what is causing the problem. I was told it was an outlook problem, to remove and reinstall. Did not work. Help please, thanks. Feel free to email me at [email address], thanks
