I am really struggling with this phone. I use it predominantly to type emails and text messages, but the SureType function continually gets it wrong. This is the worst predictive text software I have ever used, even worse than the last Pearl I had (8110).
Surely BlackBerry can do better than this?

I have never had a problem with suretype once it has learned my writing style! In fact I can compose faster using suretype than I can on qwerty keyboard

Thats very odd, I constantly have to type words again and again, to the extent I have to type each letter seperately and join them up to form the word I want. Its very frustrating and although it recognises words that I have added to its dictionary, it continues to predict incorrectly when it comes to everyday words. Hopefully it will improve!

Really weird. I was skeptical about the ability of SureType with this "condensed" keypad, and actually it is as good if not better than the original Pearl.
