Some carriers removed the bridge browser. However, you can still use the regular browser while bridged. If you have trouble broewsing download the bridge application from RROYY - BlackBerry Bridge

I deleted my post because I got some of this clarified. However my concern is that my carrier is telling me that using the PB browser over the tether and not the bridge browser is not covered under my data plan and thus has a huge per Mb charge.
