I just got these 2 units and I would like to be able to just use the headset to answer the phone. My problem is when a call comes in I would like to open the boom mic and talk, but the BB wants to ask if it is OK to use the headset. Is there someway to always allow the headset or am I suppose to just leave the boom mc open.

Thanks
Tracy
