I am having problems accessing any internet content (Browser or any other internet app) on my Storm 9530. My Connection shows 1XEV and 5 bars. Anybody else having this problem?

Could this be related to the BlackBerry pin outage a few threads down?

I just talked to Verizon customer support, their is an outage at the BB servers, everybody is affected.
According to Verizon, internet access went down about an hour ago, roughly about the same time I noticed my internet had gone down.

Good grief... I have been fussing with my Storm for the last two hours, blaming the lack of BIS connection upgrading to 4.7.0.131. I finally thought to check my girlfriend's 8830 and found that she could not get to the internet or any other "web stuff".

Well... at least I can go to bed knowing that it is someone else's problem.

Good night all.

BTW as of 22:50EST there is no data services yet.... unofficially of course.

I have full data access (BIS and otherwise) and I'm on Verizon using an 8130 near the St. Louis area. Lots of folks on Twitter (more than just Verizon) saying they're having issues.

rogers, bis internet browser wouldnt load.. so by the time i tried my bold on bes, that loaded the page fine, went back to my bis javelin and thats working too now.. must have caught the tail end of the outage. If it lasted longer, i would have checked if opera worked as in my apn settings i have internet.com (for rogers) and not blackberry.net.
just thought id throw in my .02

Successfully loaded spoofee.com! It took about 2 minutes though so I loaded slickdeals.net. Works okay for the moment here in San Diego.
