The person has a PST that auto directs all his message traffic from the Exchange server to his local box when recieved.

Problem:

There are a few times when he will recieve an email and it will not show all of the message. When he goes to "More All" it says that it "Can not find more" and then it will show a red X in the message list window. We only noticed that this happens on larger emails with a lot of text.

Is the PST redirect messing with message retrieval or is there another problem?

Sounds like he has a limit on his data account maybe???
