Hi,
I am developing an application whose purpose is to run in an background collect some data on handset and send it to the server.
For this purpose there is no any user interaction is needed. and user dont have to get access to this application. For this I want to run my application in the background. Please let me know can we run the application in background. If yes then how?

or application with icon but working always in background?

for first: go to properties of your project, Application and check "System module" and "Auto-run on startup".
