I've created a playlist in iTunes and tried transferring it to the media card in my Storm using Blackberry Media Sync. The playlist contains around 1800 items, which appear to be counted down correctly during the transfer.

But when I go to the Media player, a number of the albums have not been transferred. Only about 1100 items are present, with some albums and genres missing.

I have tried wiping all music from the Storm (manually and via Media Sync, by selecting nothing to sync) as well as incremental syncing, always with the same result. The missing music is not protected by DRM, and does not include any artwork or video.

I am running XP, and have tried using Media Sync through Desktop Manager and as a standalone program. There is ample free space on my media card, which works fine for video files, etc.

Does anyone have any idea what may be happening?
