Displays unread message count when all messages have been read.
GPRS is on, device can send receive messages, wireless sync is on.
Desktop manager is not set to reconcile with any personal folders.
user said that he read the messages, then filed them in a personal folder.

problem started this weekend. prior to that all messages read on Outlook displayed as read on blackberry and message count was zero. No other users have reported similair issues so far.

I've just sent the user a message which he read on Outlook, then ran the desktop manager, did 'reconcile now' and message went to 'read' (plus 'read' count when down one notch) status.

I know in general options there is a function to remove the unread count, that does not remove the amount of 'unread' messages.

How do i get the 'unread' messages count on blackberry to zero when all messages has been read on the blackberry?
