I have had my BB for about 2 months. I know that I am not using it to its full effect. I mean I am just not motovated to read all this info. But back to the problem at hand. MY BB is missing calls. By that I mean that it is sending them to voice mail. For example. LIke if some calls me before I use the phone to make a call then the call will not come though. It will send it to voice mail. It does this every day. I feeling like that it is resetting itself. I mean do not kno but it is weird. I do not have the data plan. I just use BB for a phone, that is it.


any info would be great.

check the phone options in your profile and make sure do not disturb is set to no. if its set to yes, calls go directly into vmail.

Mine does this as well, and I had it replaced under warranty. Now with the new device, it still does it. During these times, it'll also sometimes loose GPRS and stay in GSM mode.


I'm moving in 3 days, if I have the same issues at the new place, I'll be looking for a new device. I'm hoping it's due to lack of good reception.

i have no idea where it is from but on the old OS I...think...it was like 3.6 the phone worked fine. I dunno but i do not think it is reception cus i have great reception.
