I cant believe Im writting to you again... :( hahaha I whished it was only to say hi!!

I have a problem with my beautiful BB 8320... :( :( :(

It has never worked perfectly..... at first it wasn't that bad... but now I can't stand it anymore, every time I make a call, the BB turns off every 2 minutes or so.. There is no call that I do or receive where my BB doesn´t turn off several times. Im desperate... It is so frustrating.. and if Im driving I have to dial like 4 o 5 times per call... in order to finish a conversation...

Sometimes the BB turns off and it takes about 2 minutes to restart when I click the power key board... other times it turns off and it turns on automatically within seconds :S ... when the BB turns on again I can see a RED X where the signal strenght is, and sometimes a SOS written there.

What is the problem?.. I have tried to use the speakerphone because I thought it was I who clicked the turn off key board by mistake. But it keeps turning off :(

Is the BB that has the problem, or local the phone company here in Vzla?

I want my BB to work fine :( :( :(

yes, the battery is fully charged.

I talked with the store and Im going to return the BB for a new one. The store has amaizing customer service. They have aswered each mail I have sent.
