Default Mail read in Outlook show unread on BB

Please Login to Remove!
When a mail is read on the BB, it will show unread in Outlook but when read from Outlook, it still shows as unread on the BB.

Is there something that to be done so that read mail in Outlook will show up as read on the BB.

The BB is on a Bes. 8310 updated with lastest O/S
