hi,

I have a blackberry storm 9530 and i'm on 3 network, i added BIS onto my phone contract and they say its working.
when i go to add people it just says pending and the people don't receive the request although they have the BIS add-on.

so i took the conclusion and put my sim card in my friends phone to see if it works, and BAM! it worked.. so he put his sim in my phone and his worked in my phone bbm and everything.

i don't know what to do and iv'e searched google numerous times and am hoping someone can help me on here seen as though i havn't a clue?

( iv'e also lost my browser and that won't come back even when i do the register thing :S )

please help as i spent alot of money buying this phone!!

Have you called your carrier?

Try to resend your service books (see the FAQ if you don't know how) and do a battery pull. If those 2 things don't work, call your carrier for tech support. They might not have properly set up your BB data plan.
