Please accept my apologies if this has been asked and answered elsewhere...

Are there any members of BBF who are on the Rogers network and have their own personal domains that are hosted by Google? If so, are you using their IMAP service and do you get email pushed to your BB in real time?

I have never been a fan of the delay in receiving email via BIS. My carrier, Rogers, offers real-time push email to users of its own email system, Yahoo mail and Gmail. None of those options appealed to me, as I have my own domain with my email on an IMAP server. But now that Gmail does IMAP, I'm thinking of transferring my email domain to Google.

I would love to switch away from Dreamhost to Google for email and it would be even better if my email was sent to my BB faster.

Hi crawford,

I don't personally have GMail going to my BB but it is instant, it doesn't have that 15-20 minute delay. If that's what you are looking for while using BIS then that is your best bet.
