Hello all,

I am currently running BlackBerry Professional Software version 4.1.4.17 in an Exchange 2003 SP2 environment. When I intially installed this software over a year ago, I wrestled with the Send As problem for my users and eventually got the right Send As permissions set up in AD.

In this year time frame, I have grown from one BB user to about 7 a couple months ago. All of these other users have worked fine.

Now, this week I have added two more users. Both of these users are unable to send, and it looks like the Send As.

Both users receive the error "Desktop Email program unable to submit message" as well as the Red X next to the message on the phone.

The two phone models are a Storm (first one) and an 8830 World Edition.

I have checked both users AD accounts, and the both have the besadmin account listed in their Advanced Security with the Send As right. They both actually have a second besadmin listing for Read permissions (not sure if this needs to be there or how it got there).

I have reset the phones and activated to BPS both wirelessly and wired. I have deleted the service books and resent.

What else can I try to troubleshoot this problem? My original 7 users continue to be able to send as normal with no problems.
