Default Cant Send/Receive Files with BBM with Latest OS: 9000 v5.0.0.771/5.0.0.464 (Multilang

Please Login to Remove!

Yesterday I updated my OS to the Latest OS: 9000 v5.0.0.771/5.0.0.464 (Multilanguage) and for some reason every time I send or receive a file through BBM 5 it wont complete. The process will be stuck at 0% and will not move.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a fix for this?

I have the exact same issue and its really annoying. I just upgraded to the latest OS 5.0.0.771 and all of suddenly the picture transfer doesnt work sometimes it will download halfway and hangs there forever. I'm going to try to change bbm back to 4.7 is that possible on the 5.0 os?

I don't believe there are any live OTA links for 4.7, you would have to delete BBM 5 from your phone then install an older version of BBM from a device software installation on your PC.

BTW, I've been sending all kinds of files through BBM with the latest OS (.464) and BBM (.57), some files over 2MB even, and haven't had any problems at all.

Default works fine for me

I've had no problems with it and i am running the same versions... have you tried a reset/battery pull? You know what they say... when in doubt, reboot!
