Default Offered a bribe for an 8100

Hey guys,

Went into a T-Mobile here in Wilmington, DE and talked to a sales person who told me that they have had the phones in for a "while." They will be putting them out at 10am on Tuesday the 12th, and he would get fired if he sold me one now......even for an extra $200.

Then I went a mile down the road to a new T-Mobile authorized dealer who had never even heard of the 8100. There had happened to be a sales rep in there and she told me the phone would not be out until early October.......can you say clueless!!!!

Indirect stores sometimes get exclusive items like this later.

Reason being is T-Mobile doesnt want them unlocked and sold with cingular contracts for a while ;)
