I got the problem, if I delete a mail in my Outlook, the mail is not deleted from my BB. (8707)

On the Blackberry the Reconciliation Option is set to DELETE MB & BB and on conflicts Mailbox wins.

On server in the user properties is the same.

I also send the service books again and still nothing happens

First off, mail doesn't sync. Reconciliation and sync aren't the same thing. Has reconciliation ever worked with your setup? Are you on BES?
