I have BB 9800 with AT&T and i try unlocking it, all the ten attempt has
been utilized.

What should I do get back new set of unlock attempt?

After ten unlock attempts the device will lock itself permanently to the branded carrier.

Only RIM can perform the unlock manually through the hardware. You'll need to send the device to RIM.

You'll need RIM's pay per incident support.
