I may be in the wrond sub-forum. if so,please advise. i have a client that does not receive an audible(or vibrate for that matter) on her 6510. because she is in and out her office for a minute or two, she sometimes receives them and is unaware until actually looking at the BB itself. It has the current software where SMS is loaded (also loaded SP2) and have edited the profiles but still no luck. i spent 2 hours on the phone with Nextel then transferred to RIM. the discouraging item was is that i was spekaing with some pros, not someone one step ahead in a manual. Nextel generated a ticket on it, but i'm not holding my breath. anyone have any ideas? thanks,Brad
