Default BES Charge from Vodafone UK

Please Login to Remove!

In a nutshell, I have a Vodafone UK personal contract that I pay for and then put the cost through my company expenses each month. This is predominantly because I get no signal with the companies carrier (T-mobile UK)at my house.

I recently asked Vodafone UK to add Blackberry service to the line so that I could access my companies BES.

They are charging me £25 per month for this - five times more than they charge for BIS!!!

I'm furious! Does anyone with some technical knowledge know of any valid reason why it should cost so much more to access my companies BES, than it costs to have BIS?

Grrrrr!

BES is more reliable and alot more traffic goes threw a BES device then a BIS device.

Their a thread about this in the BES Admin Corner forum.
