Does anyone have an idea why I get the error "The media being played is of an unsupported format," when the Storm 9500 is supposed to support 3GP and 3GP2? I like to browse mobile versions of news web sites, but have never been able to enjoy this type of content.

My OS is v5.0

RIM reports this is a known issue and is working on a resolution.
