Default could not start Camera

Please Login to Remove!

hi,
Dear I'm having problem in starting camera of my BB 8520. it gives follwoing error

'Could not start camer, close other application and try again'.

can any one give clue on it!

Try doing a battery pull. With the device on, remove the battery for 30sec, and then put it back in.

i've tried this and someother options like cache clear, wipe out handheld and even device software has been upgraded to v4.6.1.314 but error remains there.

Have you installed any third-party apps lately. If so, trying uninstalling (deleting) the apps until the problem goes away to narrow down which app is causing the prob. Don't reinstall that app.

no third party applications have been installaed rather, the problem occured while i wiped out my handheld.

back it up and reinstall the OS, doubt it's anything hardware related

I think a battery pull should solve the problem. I had the same problem with my moms phone but it was an app the refuses to close.
