"HELLO". SMS message

Hi everybody! Today something happened to me and would like to know of somebody else has had the same problem. I was speaking with a friend with my phone and when we finished our conversation she got an SMS from my phone saying "HELLO". And I didn't send it, what could be happening? Thank you
