Default visual voicemail

Please Login to Remove!

I've been trying to set up my visual voicemail and when I click on the set up button it takes me to the web for me to sign up and it says that I do not have the feature in my account and I have called my network provider twice and they confirmed that I do have the feature in my account.

What device do you have? The 8900 doesn't support VVM.

You need a new device. As I mentioned, the 8900 does not support VVM.

I had to call T-Mobile to get Visual Voicemail properly provisioned on my 9900.

I didn't have to once my BlackBerry plan activated on my 9900. I did, however, have to call for my 9700 (which was when VVM first came to the big pink T).

Mileage can always vary though.
