i have .423, but apparently AVEA ahs released a "new" .400, making a step back. was wondering if anyone went for it

Got it. Since they just got around to releasing .400, which is older than .423, then it must be new.

New to them does not mean new. It means they finally got around to releasing it. It is by no means "new".
