i have a BB 9000. It has a private type security pass word requirement. Ive don't the wipe but it still asks for the pass word. Is there a way to format and reload the software to eliminate the proprietary software?
Go to BlackBerry FAQ - BlackBerryFAQ and search for "Remove IT Policy".
Note that if this is on a corporate BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) the policy will be pushed back down.
