Went to sync this morning and DM starting updating my Storm and crashed halfway through leaving me with a 507 error and no OS on the phone. Both RIM and my carrier have not been able to help. If anybody can tell me how to reload the OS or where to get an OSX friendly copy, it would be greatly appreciated.

Same thing happened to me just now on my 9550 Storm 2 ... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Both RIM and your carrier?" I'd believe you if you said your carrier couldn't help. Error 507 simply means the OS needs to be installed and I'm sure anyone at RIM would have known that.
