No search on this, looking to see if anyone could shed some light on this. I paired my Tour perfectly, but now, at times when I have the bluetooth connected, I cannot hear any music (radio/cd's). It's either one or the other. Any help/info is appreciated, I'm trying to avoid another ticket & more points!!!

Its likely that you have a Tour from an early batch. I have an Ego Look Bluetooth handsfree in my Avalanche and it did the seem thing. I thought it was the the kit. But then I tried my Bold and had no issues. The problem was with the bluetooth on the Tour. Take it back and get another one like I did and it will work!

Can't take it back, didn't buy it from Verizon directly. I'm not to tech savvy, are there different versions of bluetooth?

My bluetooth works well with my Garmin Nuvi 760. It plays on my Bose system. I love it.

My Tour works great with my Audi A4 Bluetooth. People I call are often surprised that I am using Blietooth in a car.
