Hi,

I'm having a new Blackberry bold 9000, I just received it from a overseas transaction. Anyways,

The phone goes on, I can connect it with Desktop Manager. I just installed the newest OS on it. The keyboard and trackball light is working, but the screen won't turn on.

How can I be sure that there is a problem with the LCD screen? Is there a way to check it? Or is it 100% sure already that the screen is broken?

Too bad there is not anyone on this forum who have any suggestions. I managed to get a new LCD but the problem still occurs. I tried the new LCD on an other Bold, but its working perfectly. I also tried the old LCD on an other Bold, but its perfectly working either.

I really don't know what the problem could be. So if anyone has some helpful information, PLEASE help me.
