Hi,

I was in a plane, and I shut down the Q10. On arrival, I started again the phone, and all the appointments, past and future had disappeared on the calendar

I use two emails on the phone,my professional email and my personal gmail account, and I tried to reconnect the calendar with my professional account,but this email was not offered as an option,only the gmail account could be connected.

Could you please help me to fix this?

The Q and other OS10 devices use a system that allows corporate information to be separate from any non company info including email. It almost sounds like your company may have either deleted the access or blocked access. If you cannot add the work account in the settings section a call to your IT department may be needed.
