Default Computer can't find Blackberry (USB)

Please Login to Remove!

I plugged my BB in and it showed up in the little bubble as RIM Storage Device or something, but when I try to go to the BB Desktop Manager it keeps saying device not found when I try to connect via USB.
So I went to my Device Manager and found the Blackberry Device and it says (This device cannot start. (Code 10))

Anyone know what this means? I've tried updating the drivers but it says it can't find any better than the one I have.

Make sure your BB USB cable is plugged directly into a USB port on the PC frame, not to a USB hub. I had that problem one time, the PC would not recognize it through the hub...?

Yeah it's plugged directly into the back of the computer. I've also tried reinstalling the USB drivers and the Blackberry driver that installs. No luck.

Right-click 'Computer / My Computer' on your desktop. Goto Properties --> Hardware --> Device Manager. Scroll down to the USB section, do you see either a RIM or BB driver with a yellow "!" next to it? If so then right-click and ~uninstall~ that particular 'driver' (ALL of this while your BB is plugged in BTW). As soon as your done with the uninstall unplug and replug your BB. I have found on the new BBs w/ media support once they get fluxored due to some mass media driver or config that is the only way to get them back for me. -Pk

It must be a USB driver problem because my phone works on my brothers computer.
