I noticed BB Desktop Mgr 6.0, so I downloaded it (from blackberry.com) & upgraded from 5.01. Now, the only option I see is Enterprise e-mail (no POP mail), and I can no longer play the .amr files (voice recorder files) through WIndows Media Player. I assume on the latter that it was the Roxio Media Manger included with 5.01 that provided the .amr plugin for Windows Media Player.

Is there any way to get POP support & .amr player with BB Desktop 6? I am the process of backing off to 5.01 until I find out.

I would revert to DM 5, especially since you are using an older device. DM 6 seems to be a bit buggy right now.

DM doesn't sync email so I am unsure what you mean by no POP support. Perhaps you picked an incorrect option during the install?

BIS supports POP and IMAP but that is independent of DM.

I did revert to DM 5.01 with Roxio Media Manager (which evidently provides the .amr plugin to WMP).

I realized after my post that I was just seeing Exchange as a setup option in DM, but e-mail setup is indeed on the BB itself.
