Just got my first BB and really like it....the style flip phone.

The only annoying thing is that the green lite on the outside screen flashes and is annoying. I have looked at the manual and searched all the menus, and cannot find a way to turn off the alert light.

Anyone know how to do this??? ONly had the t=phone three days so I am still learning.

Its the network indicator.
Green phone button - menu button - options - general options
network indicator = OFF
