BES 5.0 SP2 w/ Exchange 2007 SP2

I've been trying to get the SMIME Support Package (net.rim.java.smime-4.1.0.90) pushed to Blackberries (8520's) with no luck. They appear to receive the package, the Blackberry is prompted to restart, but when it comes back up the application still isn't listed in the applications list, and "net_rim_bb_smime" does not appear in the modules list (assuming it should).

Has anyone had any luck pushing this package out? I've been able to successfully install it locally through desktop manager, but would rather avoid having to do that for 100's of users.

Also is there any relevant logging I can increase to see if there are any errors on the BES?
