I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem. My volume down side key does not push in. I am getting sick of holding the phone away from my face. I am with AT&T does anyone know the refund policy? I have had the phone about 10 months. Am I out of luck?

RIM has a 1 year manu. warranty i believe

i had the same problem this morning. i lifted up the side piece a bit & shook it a bit... so the keys would fall back into place. now, they're good as new! i don't know if you should try that unless you're like me & like to take things apart.
