I have a 9630 verizon phone running on att. i do have a bbdata account from att. i have a subscription to att navigator from my 8310 and would like to use that on my 9630 instead how wuld i get that app?

You need the proper service books. Do you have an icon for it on your home screen? If not, you might to call ATT and have them send a service book.

i got the service books installed and i downloaded the att navigator. i can not login to it and use it because the 9630 has a previous number saved to it and it shows as MY NUMBER.

How can i delete the number and enter mine?
I have searched all through the device. i got the user guide from RIM. witch that did not help?


Do you or anyone know how to change the mumber to mu current one. the phone is branded to verizon.

when i go to edit sim it already has my correct number. the number i want to change is in the device memory. i can not figure it out?
