Hi

I have got my new Blackberry 9300 and want to set up the Wi-Fi music synch. But I can't do it.
In Manage Connections the Wi-Fi item is unticked and show a red cross at the right.
If I tick the box that's fine, but as soon as I exit the screen, and go back in it is turned off again.

If I go into Wi-Fi set up and click Yes when it asks to turn Wi-Fi on, it thinks about it for a while and then says "Cannot turn on Wi-Fi".
What could be wrong here?

Have you tried pulling the battery out for 30 sec and putting it back in?

I hadn't done.
I have now.

As easy as that eh? Apply MS Windows principles - reboot when something fails.

i had the same problem few weeks ago..
just download auto wifi and it will work
